1. Introduction :
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and platform by all users, including individual users (“Users”) and restaurants or food providers (“Vendors”). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
2. The Platform :
We operate a digital platform that connects Users with Vendors offering meal deals. We do not prepare, cook, sell, store, or deliver food. Our role is limited to providing visibility and access to offers published by Vendors.
3. Users :
Users may browse offers and make reservations or purchases through the platform.
‱ Users are responsible for collecting their orders at the agreed time.
‱ Users must contact the Vendor directly regarding ingredients, allergens, or meal details.
4. Vendors :
By joining the platform, Vendors agree that:
‱ They are solely responsible for food preparation, quality, hygiene, legality, and compliance with local regulations.
‱ All information provided (prices, availability, ingredients) must be accurate.
‱ They hold all necessary licenses and permits to operate.
The platform acts only as a marketing and discovery channel.
5. Subscriptions & Payments (Vendors) :
Vendors may subscribe to the platform under available plans.
‱ Payments are due in advance and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
‱ Subscription fees cover platform access and visibility only.
6. Food Safety & Liability :
Food safety is the sole responsibility of the Vendor.
‱ The platform is not liable for food quality, allergies, health reactions, or any damages arising from food consumption.
‱ Users are encouraged to verify allergens and ingredients directly with the Vendor.
7. Limitation of Liability :
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform shall not be liable for:
‱ Actions or omissions of Vendors or Users
‱ Food-related incidents
‱ Loss of income, reputation, or indirect damages
8. Termination :
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for any User or Vendor in case of misuse, false information, or violation of these terms.
9. Privacy & Data :
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to such data processing.
