• Payments are due in advance and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Subscription fees cover platform access and visibility only.
6. Food Safety & Liability :
Food safety is the sole responsibility of the Vendor.
• The platform is not liable for food quality, allergies, health reactions, or any damages arising from food consumption.
• Users are encouraged to verify allergens and ingredients directly with the Vendor.
7. Limitation of Liability :
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform shall not be liable for:
• Actions or omissions of Vendors or Users
• Food-related incidents
• Loss of income, reputation, or indirect damages
8. Termination :
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for any User or Vendor in case of misuse, false information, or violation of these terms.
